Selection and Purchase:
- Carefully select your items as received orders cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Upon Reception:
- Check your order immediately upon receipt.
- If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return it with the delivery man.

Change of Mind:
- If you change your mind, return the item to the delivery man before paying and pay the shipping fees.

- For damaged items, capture an image and contact support at our Instagram page.
- No returns are accepted after the courier leaves. Exchanges only.

Exchanges are allowed within 2 days of receiving your order.

Preparing the Exchange:
- Prepare the item for exchange in the same condition as received (unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging).

Inspection and New Order:
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, a new order will be prepared and sent to you.

Shipping Fees:
- All shipping fees for exchanges are to be paid by the customer.
- No exchange more than 2 times:
