Refund & Exchanges

  1. Selection and Purchase:

    • Carefully select your items as received orders cannot be returned under any circumstances.
  2. Upon Reception:

    • Check your order immediately upon receipt.
    • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return it with the delivery man.
  3. Change of Mind:

    • If you change your mind, return the item to the delivery man before paying and pay the shipping fees.

 

    • For damaged items, capture an image and contact support at our Instagram page.
    • No returns are accepted after the courier leaves. Exchanges only.

  3. Preparing the Exchange:

    • Prepare the item for exchange in the same condition as received (unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging).
  4. Inspection and New Order:

    • Once the returned item is received and inspected, a new order will be prepared and sent to you.
  5. Shipping Fees:

    • All shipping fees for exchanges are to be paid by the customer.
  6. No exchange more than 2 times:
