Selection and Purchase:

Carefully select your items as received orders cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Upon Reception:

Check your order immediately upon receipt.

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return it with the delivery man.

Change of Mind:

If you change your mind, return the item to the delivery man and pay the shipping fees.

Preparing the Return:

Prepare the item for exchange in the same condition as received (unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging).

Inspection and New Order:

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a new order will be prepared and sent to you.

Shipping Fees:

All shipping fees for exchanges are to be paid by the customer.
